Took my vehicle in for warranty service and needed a loaner. Took them 3 days of calling every day to get a loaner. After getting a loaner, I had it for 3 weeks as parts were ordered but never “received loaner. Took them 3 days of calling every day to get a loaner. After getting a loaner, I had it for 3 weeks as parts were ordered but never “received” one of the parts. Turns out they ordered a part that wasn’t needed, and had the original that was needed so communication between the shop/people who order, not sure but definite miscommunication. About twice a week, I would call for an update and kept saying should be in tomorrow. At the start of week 3, I was finally told that the “part” was on back order which is something I could’ve been told many days before. Overall, service was completed, but along the line a lot of miscommunication. More
