We bought a Jeep from them, it had a vibration in the front wheels so we had it checked out the very day after pulling it off of the lot. We were told it has 4 bad ball joints, 2 bad tyrod ends, a bad ty front wheels so we had it checked out the very day after pulling it off of the lot. We were told it has 4 bad ball joints, 2 bad tyrod ends, a bad tyrod sleeve, and concrete cemented in one wheel and thrown up underneath. Marco at dealership claimed it's "within specks" after I took it back to them and brought the issues to their attention. When I picked it up from the service dept, I nearly wrecked on the way home because it got the "death wobble" due to bad parts. I took it straight to yet another mechanic who, like the first shop, said those parts are bad. One ball joint is almost completely done. The extended warranty company refuses to cover it so I get to shell out $1100 on a Jeep we haven't even had for 3 weeks! AVOID THIS PLACE!! More

I went to the dealership to purchase a truck that was advertised on the website. I was required to put down a $500 earnest deposit before the salesman would start working with me on the sale. They tried to put me behind the wheel of 3-4 other trucks on the lot. I left and returned 4 hours later. The dealership told they still couldn't find the keys. Although, the truck was not located in the parking stop it had been earlier that morning. They still couldn't find the keys and had no clue where the truck had gone. I had to file a complaint with the Missouri State Attorney Generals Office to get my deposit check back. I am 60 years old and this was my worst experience with a dealership anywhere. In my opinion this was a "Bait Vehicle". More
