The sales manager Mike was helpful and courteous and the finance guy Don was also straightforward and honest, efficient and a Navy vet who served with Marines which puts him at the top of my respect list as my son is a Marine. Jamie did an outstanding job overall and demonstrated the features of the truck twice and even offered more of her time even after official closing time had came and went. I would recommend Jamie and Laura CDJR to family and friends.I bought a2018 Ram 2500 Big Horn.Most competitive price I could find Nationwide on Autotrader for unit with same equipment. The condition of the truck, not so much,had a large amount of frozen oak leaves in bed and has blue grease pencil marks in several locations, look like inspection marks from factory. it was in the 20's that day but I feel the effort to deliver a clean brand new vehicle was a C- More

Didnt use a floor mat and didnt wipe down any of the dirt from the interior. Wish i could add photos. Service staff are very friendly and do their best to get you in and out. More

this is my 3rd visit to service center since new ownership I dropped my car off after arranging a loaner car from them. I had several issues with my vehicle, and one of which is still the Tire pressure system I dropped my car off after arranging a loaner car from them. I had several issues with my vehicle, and one of which is still the Tire pressure system needing service. I reported this to them on the phone and in person when i dropped the vehicle off. I did receive a call on Friday Jan 18 that the oil had been changed and when they reset the system that the light for the tire pressure was gone. I asked to make sure that they drive it to see if it came back on. When I picked up my vehicle, i was told that the light is no longer on and that the vehicle had been driven long enough and that the light did not come back on. I drove from Sullivan to the first St. Clair and the light came on. I called back to the dealer immediately and reported this. I made arrangements to bring the vehicle back to the dealer on Monday Jan 28. The light is still on. There is no way to see the tire pressure on the cars' dashboard any longer with this light on and it appears as though I have a low tire all the time. This is the same issue that I reported immediately after I got the new tires put on in November and with this service experience. I am extremely disappointed that i have to bring the vehicle in again. More
