Easy to do business with I flew in to the St Louis airport, was promptly picked up and driven to the dealership where the vehicle was waiting for me. When I first called Laura Automotive Jamie answered the phone, I was peppering her with tough questions about their prices. Jamie could tell I was somewhat skeptical. She immediately reassured me that the price on the website was the price was accurate. Still skeptical but really wanting the vehicle, the next morning before sunrise I drove over 2 hours to Sullivan, MO to talk with Jamie in person. From the minute I pulled in the dealership to driving away in my new Jeep Grand Cherokee, I knew this was the best experience we've ever had buying a new car. My husband and I both said this was a WONDERFUL experience and we will never buy a vehicle anywhere else but Laura. The entire team was so nice and helpful. They greeted me with a good ole' Missouri friendly welcome and continued to be sincere the entire time. It all comes down to being honest and customer service.
