Everything very chaotic and EVERYONE exceptionally rude. I will NEVER have further dealings, of any kind, with any Laura dealerships. More

Dropped my car off for an appt on 8/18/23 at 8 Am for a simple diagnosis. That afternoon it took me 3 attempts to get someone on the phone and was then put on hold for 5 minutes twice. They then let me kno simple diagnosis. That afternoon it took me 3 attempts to get someone on the phone and was then put on hold for 5 minutes twice. They then let me know my car would not be looked at until 8/21/23 because they were under staffed and behind which no one told me before hand. On 8/21 I received no contact. I called them at 4 PM and was told they just looked at my car and my oil pressure senor was going bad and it would cost 7 hrs labor and a total cost of $1700. I declined of course. I picked up my car on 8/22 at about noon. I was then informed that they miss quoted me on the price and it would only be $600, but no one called to tell me this and I had been dropped off to pick up my car. So I took my car and got the work done somewhere elese for $100.Probably will never go back unless absolutely necessary. It was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Mechanic shop. More

I had an appointment for an oil change on my truck. It was brought into the shop early so I went over to the parts counter to price out a few aftermarket parts to install on my truck. I was told that my vehicle was done and ready to go, when I went to sign the paperwork and leave i realized there was a problem which was from another dealership. They communicated with the other dealership and fixed the problem. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. I will be going back to this dealership for my service need. More
