this is my second visit since the ownership change I had an apt for an oil change and waited over an hour before I noticed my car was still sitting there. I was told by the female who checked me in th I had an apt for an oil change and waited over an hour before I noticed my car was still sitting there. I was told by the female who checked me in that she had no idea if my car had been taken in or not. I could physically sitting there still. Then a "supervisor" came out to tell me that they had taken in a different car instead of mine on accident and that they would get mine done as soon as possible. I returned a couple weeks later to have 4 brand new tires installed. I never received a voice mail telling me if the tires were in or not, i had to follow up myself. When I got to the service center the tires were installed and there was an alignment done. I drove toward home and got approximately 30 miles from the service center when my low tire light came back on and the "air system" alert came on my car. I called back to the service center who wanted to know if I was on my way back in or not. I was not because I had to drive to Perryville and then back to St. Louis this day for many errands. This light still comes on periodically not related to the tire pressure at all. But this light was not on and I was not getting this message PRIOR to having the new tires installed. I am disappointed in the amount of time on hold to get to someone to schedule appts, the confusion of being a jeep owner versus a chevrolet owner and who you talk to, the lack of weekend hours causing this particular customer to have to take time off from work to get work done on my car at the dealer and these last two visits to the service center have been extremely disappointing. More

Wont buy another automobile with that condition ever again. More
Windshield Wipers “Broken” Had my windshield wipers freeze together and I thought they broke at the base. Great experience! Kevin in the service department took very good care of me! He went above and beyond to ensure I was getting the services I needed to keep my warranty Kevin in the service department took very good care of me! He went above and beyond to ensure I was getting the services I needed to keep my warranty valid and searched through my other warranty to get my tire replaced after I had issues w the tire. I was impressed that Laura was upholding the warranty services that West Brothers has before they sold and I received better service at Laura than I did at West Brothers! More
