Vehicle warranty work. Trouble with drivetrain. Still getting a shattering on either transmission or rear differential. It does it only when it’s hot when driving for a while. Happy My Jeep I just bought from Laura was not running correctly.i only had it a week and it was slowing down on the highway while I was driving to and from My Jeep I just bought from Laura was not running correctly.i only had it a week and it was slowing down on the highway while I was driving to and from work which is 40miles one way which is a lot of traffic so I was scared.the service man gave me a new truck to drive while I waited for mine to be looked at.the next day it was ready.i was so happy cause I really like my new Jeep.he was so helpful and answered all my questions.their service people were great the loan processing people not so good. upset Had to drive two vehicle (60 miles one way) to the dealership because they had no loaner for me even though it was set up a few days before that. It was done in a timely manner but they made a mess inside my vehicle. Now I have clean and vacuum it all out. All the dirty parts the took out from the dash was put in the back seat and made a big mess. Mouse net material everywhere and half of the glove box papers i found under the front set. More

Window Tint I had been communicating with the company that owned this dealership before it was bought by Laura about fixing the tint on my back window. I had boug I had been communicating with the company that owned this dealership before it was bought by Laura about fixing the tint on my back window. I had bought the vehicle new and was told it should still be covered under warranty. The previous dealership owners kept giving me the run around about actually making an appointment and were not in communication with me. I stopped in shortly after Laura took ownership and explained the situation. Faron was very helpful and worked to set up an appointment. He was in frequent contact throughout the process to resolve the issue and I'm very happy with the service I received. More
Scheduled maintainance I took my wife's car in for her scheduled maintainance.
