The salesman we dealt with, Blake Key, was not helpful and hard to get hold of. On 6/30/23, we finally purchased the Bronco we ordered in Oct 2021. That wasn’t Blake or the dealership’s fault. But whoever and hard to get hold of. On 6/30/23, we finally purchased the Bronco we ordered in Oct 2021. That wasn’t Blake or the dealership’s fault. But whoever input the final order made two mistakes, so the Bronco I ended up with wasn’t my first or second choice. Thought I was ordering a 2022 (first choice) ended up with a 2023 that had wrong color seats and dash (separate inputs). I was told my options included ordering a new one in colors I wanted, but no guarantee they would still be making Broncos by then. Got 0 concessions from them for my trouble. I hate stress, and that’s what I got from Laura Ford. More

You can't even imagine how grateful I am for the Laura Ford team! I wanted to buy a new Bronco and had searched the internet for the best price. After talking with my salesman-Mark, I put down a deposit and waited for my new Bronco to arrive. Mark kept in touch with me, giving me updates throughout the process. I was happy when it finally arrived and made the 1 1/2 hour trip to pick it up. Between Mark in sales and Mark in finance, our experience was top notch with no hidden costs or fees that we have experienced at other lots! I highly recommend buying from Laura Ford!
