Was traveling from VA to CA when the check engine light came on. Laura Ford immediately when to work on the diagnostics. 90 minutes later we were back on the road. The salesman we dealt with, Blake Key, was not helpful and hard to get hold of. On 6/30/23, we finally purchased the Bronco we ordered in Oct 2021. That wasn’t Blake or the dealership’s fault. But whoever and hard to get hold of. On 6/30/23, we finally purchased the Bronco we ordered in Oct 2021. That wasn’t Blake or the dealership’s fault. But whoever input the final order made two mistakes, so the Bronco I ended up with wasn’t my first or second choice. Thought I was ordering a 2022 (first choice) ended up with a 2023 that had wrong color seats and dash (separate inputs). I was told my options included ordering a new one in colors I wanted, but no guarantee they would still be making Broncos by then. Got 0 concessions from them for my trouble. I hate stress, and that’s what I got from Laura Ford. More
