Great, Fast Service "Service Engine Soon" dashboard light appeared. Contacted Service Dept, and was told I could come in right away. I dropped it off, and it was ready "Service Engine Soon" dashboard light appeared. Contacted Service Dept, and was told I could come in right away. I dropped it off, and it was ready for pick up by noon. A week later, I had another dashboard message appear "Service fuel inlet door", which had something to do with repair week before. I called service and was able to bring in the next day. They had to order part and it arrived the next day. They serviced at no charge and had ready by same afternoon. I work within a mile of Laura Ford so very convenient. When I dropped off both times, they were able to drop me off at my work. Very convenient and wonderful service! More

Late on that Friday afternoon I feared I would not find help. I was si relieved to discover Laura Ford was in Sullivan. They immediately checked things out and discovered a nail in my tire.
