I recently moved to the Midwest from California five months ago. In need of a truck, I initially shopped locally around the Kansas City area, where I currently live, but was not impressed with any of the deals these local dealerships could provide. Now, I am a bit overzealous when it comes to any purchase I make. Furthermore, I tend to research these type of things to death. Fortunately my research paid off. I found Laura Ford of Sullivan during my internet search. I was instantly amazed by their advertised low prices on trucks. In fact, I found Laura Ford of Sullivan to be on average almost $3000 less than any dealer in the Kansas City area. It was almost to good to be true. I picked up the phone and spoke to Robert Wells in sales. I asked about the truck I had in mind and he assured me the price advertised was a no gimmick, no hassle price. Although Laura Ford was an almost 4 hour drive from me, it proved to be well worth my time for the amount of money I was saving on a new truck. upon arriving at the dealership, I was immediately greeted by Robert and test drove several trucks. Upon selecting the truck of my choice, the process to complete the transaction was quick and seamless. It was ok Jamie was really nice and all. But this dealership overall is unprofessional. We have NEVER been sold a filthy car and we are not happy about it. It’s Jamie was really nice and all. It’s been two days and we already had to take it to the shop due to the engine not completely starting. Also had to pay someone to clean it because it was that dirty even though we were told it was cleaned. We left our car over night just to come back the next day and nothing be done. We live over an hour away so frustrated is an understatement. More
