I used this dealer for a vehicle recall. They wouldn’t call me at the end of the first day when my car should have been repaired, I had to call them at the end of the second day to check in. They didn’t have a part that was needed to complete the repair but never called me to inform me of that. I would expect a more professional and prompt communication in the future. More

Was traveling from VA to CA when the check engine light came on. Laura Ford immediately when to work on the diagnostics. 90 minutes later we were back on the road.
