The oil change was done in about an hour which was about average but when I got my car back the interior was covered in oil, the center console, the screens, it was all over the inside. I told someone about it and they paged the technician who came out himself complaining and started wiping the inside of my car with a dirty water rag. I asked what he was cleaning the oil off with and he said water. He then got out of the car and walked away talking profanity and mumbling . I then got a tshirt out of the trunk and tried to wipe it up. He came back and said I could call back and speak with a service manager. I went for an oil change and now I have to pay to get the inside of my new car detailed, it was so gross, I have pictures. I never thought it was so hard to do an oil change and clean up after but I guess at Laura ford they just don’t care, so I guess I don’t care to go back More

I had a very small window of time to get my necessary repairs completed. I had been out of town and was leaving again in just a few days. I had an appointment for Friday for diagnostic testing. I had a fuel system issue and needed it repaired quick. The staff at Laura Ford ordered the part needed on Friday and had it on hand Monday morning. My fuel system issue was fixed and they also replaced spark plugs and air filters and had me ready to go Monday afternoon. Thank you so much to the team at Laura Ford. More

My first oil change they didn’t put oil plug in all the way, reported to dealer and they were happy to pay the emergency repair bill. We have been coming to Laura Ford for years for regular maintenance without any bad issues until this year. I feel I was taken advantage of by a Service Advisor by him doing more work on my vehicle than I maintenance without any bad issues until this year. I feel I was taken advantage of by a Service Advisor by him doing more work on my vehicle than I had approved nor wanted. I came in for an oil change & to rotate the tires only. I was given an estimate by text message and i received a quote for an engine air filter that needed replaced & something about Transmission fluid. The quite was $125. When I went to pay it was $40 more than the quote I received. I am not confident that the Differential/ Transfer Case/ Transmission fluid was even completed as it not listed anywhere on my receipt. I lost confidence in reliable honest & forthrightness with this Service Advisor. My charges were about $100 more than what I went in there for. This one mans tactics probably don't reflect the integrity of Laura Ford. I would not be confident in this particular Service Advisors oversight in servicing my vehicle. People want honesty & integrity and they want the service they came in for. I left disappointed! More
In middle of a major winter storm, when most businesses were closing, the Service Dept got me in and replaced my dying battery. As a result, I was able to get my wife to an important medical appointment t were closing, the Service Dept got me in and replaced my dying battery.
