Was traveling from VA to CA when the check engine light came on. Laura Ford immediately when to work on the diagnostics. 90 minutes later we were back on the road. Service is poor, was promised the vehicle would be done on Friday and at 4pm they said it would not be. Had a rental and had to keep it an additional 3 days for $250. They said to bad. Couldn't even get m on Friday and at 4pm they said it would not be. Had a rental and had to keep it an additional 3 days for $250. They said to bad. Couldn't even get me home when I dropped off the vehicle. Had to get a taxi. I had thr check engine light read and then they got it and magically a new code popped up so that cost me another $500. I purchased this car 2 years ago and will never get another from them or take a vehicle for service. More
