They have had my car for over a 24 hours at this point. Dropped it at 11 am yesterday for 3 services (basic service, tire rotation and detailing) with an appointment. They called at 3pm yesterday to tell me that the car will be ready with 3 services at 11 am today. Since no one reached out after, I called at noon today to learn that only the basic service was completed and that tire rotation will take another 2 hours (it's 12.30 pm right now). Also, there is no way that they can do the detailing today. Instead of being apologetic, Steve the service advisor was extremely rude and hung up on me. Looks the the manager is on a very long lunch break! This is the worse dealership ever! More
Took my teenager (2007 BMW Z4) in for service and they treated him (and me) like he was a brand new baby bimmer. Great service and upfront pricing. Servíce department is a mess! They are always trying to get you to spend thousands on service you don’t need. They charge almost $300 dollars just to look at your car! They make you wait hours even when they charge you just to diagnose. They seem like they are always running around with their hair in fire. Went in for filter change and to have my front lights looked at. Was proposed lots of up charges and changing tires etc instead of focusing on what I went in for. Turns out the original work I was charged for like to check my lights was not complete and now I have to waste time going back. More
