Had a appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Was in there waiting almost 3 hours. And for the second visit in a row my tires were not rotated. I mentioned to them and it was done at that time. More

Then what is the point of having an appointment if i have to wait 3 hours!! An oil change and tire rotation should be done in under 2 hours at the most.
