The first time I took my dodge durango to get a oil change and tires rotated the guys broke one of my lug nuts on my tire and never told me. The second failure I have had was taking my dodge ram for a change and tires rotated the guys broke one of my lug nuts on my tire and never told me. The second failure I have had was taking my dodge ram for a oil change and the blue techs broke one of my mirrors and I bought the truck from you guys the seller said I was supposed to have lifetime oil changes but that was a lie. Anyways it took a week for the mirror piece to come in we weren't able to get it done because I take the truck to work but it took about three weeks to finally get it in there to get fixed. Well we took it around noon they said it would take a couple of hours and 6:00 came and no one had called to tell me it was ready went to check at the dealership and the mirror was fixed and no one had called me to tell me it was ready so one of the sales men got cussed out because it's frustrating when you have to take time from work to take your vehicle in when none of the causes were ours to begin with. I understand having a bad day but it seems that yalls dealership has been having a lot as of recent years. Could be better More
