Had to doordash lunch because i was stuck without a car when i dropped off for service at 8am and it was supposed to be done by my lun time expected. Service advisor is pushy as xxxx when they come back with the vehicle inspection report. She doesn't like to take no and not interested for an answer. The tech lied and said my rear windshield wiper needed t the vehicle inspection report. She doesn't like to take no and not interested for an answer. She was really irritating. Also, lied about the coupon. They didn't want to let me use it. Charged me more than said coupon. False advertising.If you don't want them being used...Stop mailing them out. Then service texh crammed the wheel lock key box in the gloved box and it got jammed. I barely got it unstuck. At this point I am most likely done with this dealership, and will take any future business elsewhere. More
