Fast and friendly service for my car, comfort for me. I hate writing reviews for everything I buy and every place I go, I really do. But when a business goes as far as Carbone just did for my satisfaction I hate writing reviews for everything I buy and every place I go, I really do. But when a business goes as far as Carbone just did for my satisfaction, I guess I can take the time. From the start of my appointment I was greeted by a cheery young lady (Alissa) who exchanged pleasantries with me and made sure I was comfortable with a warm cup of coffee and some pastries. You'd think I was in for an engine overhaul, no, just a routine state inspection on my Corvette. The Corvette tech took care of my car personally and made sure to come out and say hello and make sure I had no issues or questions related to my car. The service tech, Joe, know Corvette guys are fussy. He made sure my newly applied inspection sticker was dead square with the adjoining registration sticker, Hell yeah, I like that. He also knew it was about to rain and also knew I prefer to ovoid a wet drive so he got me through the process expeditiously! I waited over 40 years to be able to buy a Corvette and it will never be "just a car" to me. Joe knows that. After a couple of visits to Carbone and interaction with Joe, I am confident that I can turn my car over to him an the dealership and confidently walk away. Little things mean a lot, well done folks! More
