My wife and I decided that it was time for a change so we returned to the dealership and were met by Sam LaPolla. We had never leased before and Sam explained the entire process. Originally we looked at a Buick Envision but wanted to think about it over the weekend. We returned on Monday and decided to upgrade to an AWD Cadillac XT5. We were able to drive the new vehicle out the same day and are very pleased with it. We were especially impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, and helpfulness received from all staff members. We dealt with Sam, Matt Brewer and Derrick Snell. It was the easiest auto transaction I have made in over 55 years of driving. More
