Good experience I had no intentions of returning to a carbone dealership after my last experience. Every time I needed something the person I was dealing with no long I had no intentions of returning to a carbone dealership after my last experience. Every time I needed something the person I was dealing with no longer worked there and had to start over with a new person every time. Jason emailed me out of the blue and asked how everything was going with my truck and he got an earful back. He rolled with it and did what he could and asked if I would give him a chance. I wanted to get out of my lease early and buy something so I went in and saw him. He did a great job. He knew what he was talking about and kept working till we got where we needed to be and I got another truck that day. More

Used Car Sales When I brought my 2016 GMC Canyon in for regular service I was walking around in the parking lot browsing at cars. While looking at a Camero SS someone came up and started a conversation with me about the car. After talking for a few minutes he told me he was a sales associate at the dealership. After am little more conversation we went into the dealership and ran the numbers. Bad service rectified I took my car in with a certain problem. After $850 of work I picked it up and the car still exhibited the same skip when you stepped on the accelera I took my car in with a certain problem. After $850 of work I picked it up and the car still exhibited the same skip when you stepped on the accelerator. I called and complained. The Service Department Manager had me come to his office and he personally looked and had a different mechanic look at the problem. They fixed it at no charge even tho it was an expensive fix. The Service Manager did a great job in exceeding my expectations. More

Horrible Had to wait 3 hours to get car inspected. Showed up at scheduled time 8am and didn't leave until 11am. They didn't even notice the screw in my tire. Had to wait 3 hours to get car inspected.
