Second time to fix same problem Second visit for same problem that was "corrected" 18 months ago, at a cost to me, although Honda was aware of the issue and had extended a warrenty t Second visit for same problem that was "corrected" 18 months ago, at a cost to me, although Honda was aware of the issue and had extended a warrenty to cover it. This time was covered, however, while the vehicle was there, they found other issues to correct so a "no cost visit ended up being almost $1000. I was told the additional work would be about $650, but the service associate authorized an additional cost of $250 without consulting me. My vehicle does run better now and I'm hoping it will continue to do so. More

Excellent! I brought my Honda CRV in with a variety of noises. I knew brakes were squawking, but my tire light kept coming on, too. I had had my tires checked locally, but they said nothing was wrong. Ha! The service center found a nail in one of my tires. Thank you, Lord Jesus, that I was not on the road on one of my excursions and had a flat. The rear brakes were installed and fronts were cleaned. All noises went away. And, need-less-to say my tire light has not reappeared. Although expensive, I feel safe. Thank you! Art, who took care of the service was so helpful. I appreciate the super service by all. More
