Knowledgeable Service Personnel - Jon Shapiro I was greeted by Jon Shapiro who worked with me to schedule the most convienient time for me. When I arrived for service Jon greeted me and went over I was greeted by Jon Shapiro who worked with me to schedule the most convienient time for me. When I arrived for service Jon greeted me and went over the service offerings applicable to my model of car and the current mileage. He was in no way pushy and that kinda surprised me; pleasantly. My main service issue was covered by warranty, the rest were maintenance. All were addressed to my satisfaction. I was in the waiting area for longer than was estimated, but a good job takes time so take your pick. I may be changing my mind about dealership care due to this visit. More

Art Farley is an excellent customer service representative Art has taken care of me since 2008, and besides Jim, the only one left. I have never had any issues if I deal with him.
