Mike Lupia is amazing! I recently brought my CRV in for service and thanks to Mike’s thoroughness, it was covered by my extended warranty! Simple tire rotation but left with a greasy rim As far as the service advisor goes, did a good job and got me in before my scheduled apt. I only needed tires rotated and check for a nail in one tire, when I received the vehicle after service I noticed one specific rim had a lot of what it looked like was some heavy grease on the rim. This wasn’t there when I brought it in, and no other tires were like that. Now I wasn’t sure if my tires were rotated or not- my problem tire was left in the same place as I was before this particular visit. More

Poor public interface. Parts and service bounced me back and forth when I called both to set up the appointment and then to get a refund on a part when the work was complete Parts and service bounced me back and forth when I called both to set up the appointment and then to get a refund on a part when the work was completed. Dave Lupia was pretty good when I came in for service, but too many “canned lines” (my boss reads the customer comments, so I hope or won’t get me in trouble). I called the day after the work was done for a refund of a part I had to pay for up front. Dave Lupia was my Service Advisor, yet he passed me off to parts, who couldn’t help w/o talking to him. My car has <11,000 miles and I was challenged that this would be warranty work. Carbone has a poor reputation, which I learned after I told people I went there. This experience did not dispel that. I am new to this area - and to owning a Honda. based on this visit, I’m not sure I’ll buy another. At least I bought it at a dealership that earned my respect. More
