Dealer does not help customers or fix warranty issues My car is under warranty for a known Honda CRV issue and it is documented at the dealership. They still will not fix the issue, 2nd time in 4 months n My car is under warranty for a known Honda CRV issue and it is documented at the dealership. They still will not fix the issue, 2nd time in 4 months no oil in my car under normal driving conditions, probably until the warranty runs out and then I will have to pay out of pocket. Never buying a car from them again. They also try to make you get repairs that you don't need, they said my breaks and rotors were shot and needed to be replaced $200 plus. Had them give me the parts and brought to another service center, they said nothimg is wrong with the rotors, not a scratch on them. More

Comfort while waiting Brought vehicle in for warranty covered repairs, In addition service team found another part that was broken, part not in stock.
