First I was greeted by a gentleman, he asked if i would be waiting or if a shuttle was needed. I stated i needed a shuttle. (Mind you i booked the shuttle for 12:40 my appointment time.) For the guy to come back and say that the shuttle guy isnt here and it will be 30 mins for him to get back. SO WHY GIVE ME AN OPTION TO TAKE A SHUTTLE? WHY HAVE ME GO THROUGH THE TROUBLE OF BOOKING YOUR SHUTTLE IF YOUR SHUTTLE GUY DOESNT WANT TO DO HIS JOB? HE HAS ONE JOB. I told the service guy i have another car to bring. Waited over an hr for the first car (oil change and tire rotation). Asked the service guy if the shuttle would up and running when i bring the 2nd car. He said yes. Brought the 2nd car.... ONLY TO BE TOLD THE SHUTTLE GUY HAS LEFT FOR THE DAY......... so i was lied too. Then after all said and done..... my appointment time was 2:40. I got it there at 2:00 4:30 rolls around and i call them the receptionist transfers my call to someone who isnt even on shift. 🙃 i call back and ask for her to transfer me to services just to get another voicemail. She told me a leave rob a message (he wasnt even there)...... so i had my huaband drive me to get my car around 4:50 we arrive. My car is sitting in the lot. No one called me to pick it up. Theres only one guy in the service department working. I told him no on called me to pick my car up and all i got was a shrug. Unprofessional. Will not be going to them ever again. More
I had a fabulous experience. I love my new minivan. It is my FOURTH Toyota Sienna! Nikki Nyen really made the experience fabulous. If I need another Toyota, I will definitely I love my new minivan. My experience was 10 out of 10 working with Nikki N. and Rick P. and it was refreshing compared to other experiences I've recently had. I'd been looking for a hybrid for months and I'm glad I missed ou and Rick P. and it was refreshing compared to other experiences I've recently had. I'd been looking for a hybrid for months and I'm glad I missed out on others because this one is perfect for me! They were both extremely knowledgeable and worked with me to get me into my vehicle. I can't thank them enough for all of their help! I would recommend working with Nikki and Rick to anyone I know. More
The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful with their knowledge! Buying my car from Miguel was very easy as he made the process comfortable for me. I made an appointment to look at a car at the dealership. Chris assured me they had the specific car in stock and a brand new model. I asked to see two other models and they did not have them in stock. When Chris assured me they had the specific car in stock and a brand new model. I asked to see two other models and they did not have them in stock. When I arrived at the dealership the parking lot was empty, barely any cars there to view. Chris was the only sales person in the entire store and even though I had an appointment, he proceeded to tell me he needed to help a walk in customer first. When he finally got to me, he was very short with me and dismissive. He told me that he did not have a new model of the car I asked to look at and wanted to show me a used car that was 2 years older. Chris kept telling me that the used car was exactly the same as the new model and became annoyed with any question I had about the car. He also told me that it could take up to two months for me to even receive a car I purchased and I would need to purchase it before I saw the car. Chris was extremely rude and condescending to me on many levels. I will never go back to this dealership and am turned off from the Toyota brand all together. More
I contacted this dealership about a Genises G70 that was posted on cars.com. After contacting the salesman and his manager about purchasing this car, I was informed that I would need to come in this dealers posted on cars.com. After contacting the salesman and his manager about purchasing this car, I was informed that I would need to come in this dealership (located somewher near the Canadian Border) to prove my identity even though I offered a $30,000 downpaymeta as a good faith offering. All good and well, if thats their policy, so be it. My complaint is, this dealership should not advertise vehicles nationally if they are only willing to sell locally. I wasted a lot of time and effort researching this vehicle, and trying to make a purchase. More
Over the years we purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership. This time there were many missed opportunities from this dealership. We ordered a new Camry with floor and trunk mats, received none. The dealer estimator person really low balled the value of our trade in vehicle. We took our Camry and received 2200.00 more than their firm offer from another local non Toyota dealership instead! It pays to check around on trade in value. Along with the above issues, a simple thing like getting the key fobs without a dealership keychain attached makes a person wonder what’s happening there. Next time going to a different Toyota dealership. More
Counter people are excellent however service is horrible. 2x I have had oil leaking on a truck that’s 2 years old from the dealer and they have struggled to provide good service.
