Refreshing and Easy-going Environment I chose Toyota of Wausau after searching the internet because of their great prices on their cars and for the fact that they had 7 cars I was looking I chose Toyota of Wausau after searching the internet because of their great prices on their cars and for the fact that they had 7 cars I was looking for. When I arrived I was greeted by Jon in a very no pressure and friendly manner. After a few questions, he proceeded to find a few of the cars I had researched. When we had decided upon the car we wanted, a used 2011 Hyundai Sonata, we were very happy to see the process move along smoothly, and again, without any pressure. That meant a lot to me. I was expecting a teeth grinding fight, but it never happened. Jon introduced us to Travis, our loan specialist, and he continued with the excellent and enjoyable service. Between the two of them, they took all the "typical" pain out of the experience: both were friendly and helpful. It was about 2 hours to get in and out. I hope they will keep it up for the next time I buy a car. More

Was great .. then not so much. I had initially went in there to test drive the Ford Fiesta that you guys had .. I wasn't set on getting anything. As soon as I sat in it, I fell in l I had initially went in there to test drive the Ford Fiesta that you guys had .. I wasn't set on getting anything. As soon as I sat in it, I fell in love. It helps that Ina was very personable! So nice :) She made sure I was taken care of and did her job very well. I came in the next day to finish up the paperwork (which Willy did what he could to help me out with that - so thank you!) and pick up my baby Hulk. All was awesome with that. Marci walked me through what she could with the car .. I was geeking out over the simple things (like the ambient lighting in the car - who doesn't want colored lights in their car?! :D). Only bad thing was that a couple days after the purchase, I had checked my credit report. 7 inquires from you guys. I had told Ina that I had already had Chase on there, and Chase was pulled a second time in the same day .. in addition to the other 6 you guys pulled. That's just a bit ridiculous .. so now I either wait 2 years for those all to fall off or I spend basically 2 years contacting every creditor to get a letter stating that I didn't consent to have my credit pulled. All in all .. it was a good experience. I would suggest you guys to others, but only if they're buying outright. My credit score has gone down the crapper since. More

Great hassle free experience I was helped by Ina Rumbaugh. She was very helpful and easy to talk to. I did not feel pressured whatsoever despite having felt this way at other deal I was helped by Ina Rumbaugh. She was very helpful and easy to talk to. She was able to provide me with answers to all of my questions while we were looking around in the lot. She pulled more information off of her computer so I could compare models and ultimately make a decision. She researched cars at other dealerships and prevented me from wasting time looking at a car with a bad Carfax report. And all that was just the tip of the iceberg. As this was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership I naturally had a lot of questions. I must have called Ina roughly 5-7 times between test driving and finally closing on the car and she was there to provide me with the information I needed (she even took one of my calls before the store was open). During the closing process she went out of her way to even play with my 17 months old daughter while we waited for the financing to get figured out. All in all, what could have been a stressful and daunting process, was made fun and exciting thanks to her. More
