First Car Buying Experience My salesman was amazing in helping me find my first car and made sure we found one in my price range that would help me build my credit from 0. He even stayed after hours to help me fill out the proper paperwork and make sure I had everything I needed before leaving the lot with my car. I’ve never heard of any other dealership where the salesmen stay later than usual just to make sure their customers are all set and understand everything completely. More

No honor, no return calls once they have your $$$ Purchased a ram 1500 big horn on 07/11/18 from Lee Auto Group of Ft Myers for $16k. The day after I got it home I discovered the chrome panels on bottom of door were there to cover up the fact that the bottom of the door was completely rotted out (not surface rust) but so rusted it just crumbles off when I touch it. After getting rear seats to raise up I discovered a water line inside the vehicle and as well can see floor rusting out in rear of passenger compartment where they obviously missed it per not being able to lift the seats. Greg Stephens told me to bring the vehicle in and indeed saw the driver door was rotting away under the aftermarket panel and told me he would call me back later that day. Bottom line is 10 days later and no call. $16k for a vehicle with obvious flood damage. I called the day I wrote this and again Greg Stephens replied he would call me back withing the hour and now another 9 days later and no reply once again. This morning I pulled the seats and carpet and low and behold the padding under the carpet was still wet. My credit union is aware of this but unfortunately not much they can do. They did however add that they would bring this up with the higher ups to see if they can have Lee Auto Group in Ft. Myers black listed as a company to provide loans for their customers. I hesitated writing this review but the customer service once they unload a vehicle on you is simply horrible. More

Start to finish Started out ok. Took it upon myself to refinance at a lower rate. My credit rating over 800. They stalled the process had the wrong phone numbers for Started out ok. No one returned my calls and when I called them, it was turned over to someone else, so was unavailable or in a meeting. Recommend a real dealer not one that operates out of a trailer. In essence they screwed me. So if you want to be screwed, shop here. More

Left Angry As xxxx Called and spoke to Jaccob told him exactly what we wanted. He was very persistent at selling us a vehicle that we didn't want. We kept saying no and he kept trying to get us to take it for a test drive. They held our debit card while showing us vehicles. After Jaccob got to pushy I had to get a little BITCHY and ask for our debit card back and let it be known that we will never be back. He couldn't even give us a price on the vehicles that we were interested in. I have never been to a car dealership that they couldn't quote me a price and they held our debit card. Sounds kinda fishy to me. Beware Buyers More

He explained the warranty company had given me some misleading information and got right on the case. 72 hours later I had my refund check from the warranty company for the full amount. I’m SOOO happy. I really like the guys at Lee auto group, and do a great job, and sell quality vehicles. I’m a happy camper and highly recommend them More

Never buy a car here As a consumer when you go to a car lot, you don't want to leave with the taste of vomit in your mouth, well... lets just say this. It's a salvage yard that will sell you a clunker way above market value pricing+ and you're going to most likely buy a problem vehicle, plus a $699 dealer fee,tax and tags. I've bought dozens of preowned vehicles in my life, trust me, I will tell you, NEVER do business here because you'd be stupid, typical used car xxxx. Runnnnnnnnnnmnnn!!!!!!!! Do not even look at their inventory. Also, be careful their salesman are trained to sell their inventory $1200-2000 over their advertised internet pricing. Your cars are junk and so are your souls. I tried to leave ZERO stars for less than poor but this site wouldn't allow it. More
