His approach and demeanor throughout the sales process is low pressure and professional while he ensures you receive 1st class treatment. He has gone out of his way to ensure I get what I'm looking for in a vehicle, even if that meant securing it from another LEE location or making arrangements to schedule delivery at a time that works best for me. Do research before stopping by, it could save you a lot of issues and don't go in alone if you don't want to get taken advantage of especially in the service center. I will not recommend this dealership to of issues and don't go in alone if you don't want to get taken advantage of especially in the service center. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone because of the treatment I received from the beginning to the end. They lie, do shady things to your vehicle, harass you, ignore you, place blame by assumptions if they feel you don't have a backbone and don't understand your consumer rights. Before stopping by be sure to research consumer rights through the attorney general office. More
