Liked it enough that I bought in November a Jeep Renegade for my wife and then bought a Jeep Compass in January for myself. Very satisfied. But I was promised a Veterans rebate of $500.00 to be expected within 14 days. To date 22 March 2019 I have not received it. I have contacted the finance office and was told that when Chrysler gives them the money I will get the money. I tried to contact the finance office multiple times, left one message. No response and called multiple other times only to go to voicemail. I then contacted Chrysler to get the contact information for the rebate. I was told there was no paperwork filed for the rebate. So I had to fax the required paperwork. Thst was one week ago. No reply as yet. More
