We went in for regular maintenance on our Jeep and decided to look around since my husband was thinking of trading in the near future. To quote my husband, "Our Sales Consultant, Zack Hobbs, was one o decided to look around since my husband was thinking of trading in the near future. To quote my husband, "Our Sales Consultant, Zack Hobbs, was one of the most personable, easy to work with sales people that I have dealt with over the years!" My husband gave him all the criteria he was looking for in another Jeep, options that were "Must Haves" and others he could live without. He told him the one negative complaint he's had with his Jeeps has been poor gas mileage. Not only did Zack find him the "perfect" Jeep, with all the options he wanted (and many more), it was a brand new one that is definitely going to be more economical! He worked with us and came up with a very fair price. Then Gene, the Business Manager, worked with us to close the deal. Last, but certainly not least, Zack made sure we understood how to operate the advanced electronics in our new vehicle, a very important service. Thanks, Zack! I bought a 2012 Scion tC on Saturday. Before then, I had never heard of it. Made by Toyota. My salesman, Larry Raynor, at Lee in Westbrook did a great job. After I tried a plain car that felt like a rental (I picked it), Larry knew I would want something fun. He listened closely to what I wanted, picked a car that was in Topsham, had it brought down to Westbrook, and I loved it. Very fun to drive! Larry is a master listener. He knew, almost better than me, what I wanted for a car. The people at Lee in Westbrook were just plain awesome...Larry Raynor, Melissa Greenwood, Gene Burchill...a great team. Yes of course they wanted to sell me a car, but they made it easy and kinda fun. Very real people...we had a lot of laughs and I have a really great car. Go see Larry...you WILL NOT be disappointed. These folks did work on two of my Dodge Caravans transmissions. Both of them were returned to me leaking transmission fluid. These vehicles both had around 60k for mileage. I had to send them back and they charged me only 50% to fix them because they said a week went by before I noticed, no accountability and I feel they lack the expertise to do quality work. The leaking was along the pan which they had to take off to do the work. I guess you are suppose to climb under your car to see if a licensed dealer did their job correctly. If you have another choice use it. More

Don't count on honesty and it is not true that they care about the customer. The sales person was great for the sale - personable, on top of it. to close the deal. WHat he and the pit boss that negotiates price did not tell me that there was a summer promotional sale that would entitle me $250 discount, 15 % off anything i wanted. I happened to get the promotional material in the mail within 24 business hours of the sale. It continues to amaze me that in 2013, dealerships have to remain leaving the customer that they just got taken by a sleazy operation! More

Upon entering, I made clear that I did not wish to provide my SSN, as I knew my score and my tier and was only looking for numbers today - I did not plan on buying until Monday. Mr. Ladderbush asked me to call Ally, my current finance company for my payoff amount, which I did while we were sitting at his desk. As I was verifying my account information for Ally on my cell phone, Mr. Ladderbush quietly listened and as I confirmed my full SSN to Ally, again, via MY cell phone, he WROTE MY SSN DOWN ON THE BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER OF HIS DESK CALENDAR! He then went to the sales desk with my payoff amount, to wit the Sale MANAGER behind the desk stated to my salesman (there was no one else at the counter except David concerning me, so do the math) "Tell him to go shop elsewhere and then come back. I don't have time for this crap." Really, so apparently, since I was upfront and honest and that got me nowhere here. To David Ladderbush, I would highly recommend thinking twice before fraudulently submitting a credit app with my SSN you got from eavesdropping, and wrote on your desk calendar for all future customer to see. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone - they apparently do not care about the customer, their personal info (as the salesman took it upon himself to steal that from me via eavesdropping), or the way their comments and actions make their prospective customers feel. More
