They were of course friendly, but beyond that they worked with me on getting the car we wanted at the price we thought would be suitable for us. There was no sales pressure tactic used, and very good on follow-up to make sure we were happy with our purchase or if we had any questions. Ray Wilkerson (2010) and Don Rae (2013), were great to deal with. Don even took the time on one of his days off to work with his boss to get me the car and price that we wanted. Becky, in the finance office was very good at explaining everything, and once again, no pressure tactics. From the first time we took our 2010 Elantra in for service until the present, the service dept. has exceeded our expectations, they to have been outstanding to deal with. I never thought I would be saying all these things about a new car dealership, but Hyundai of Everett has completely changed that to a very positive one. We LOVE our 2013 Elantra and will be back when we are ready to purchase our next new vehicle. I have recommended this dealership to not only family and friends, but to a lot of people at work (appx. 40,000). We did shop around at other dealerships and manufactures, none of them came close to the points that I have included in this review. We were looking for a used car with very specific needs in mind. We were able to find exactly what we were looking for, a bit higher priced than we hoped, but it fit all of our needs other than that. My husband and I came to the dealership with the purpose of purchasing an Accent. On Friday Jeff Plunkett welcomed us and took us out to look at the selection on the lot. We only had a limited time frame because of a dinner engagement but set an appointment for Saturday at 10:30 a.m. The following morning we arrived and were greeted by Jeff. During the night John had time to go online and found that with the rebates we could afford the Elantra GT. Jeff was flexible and patient with our change of models and colors. After my husband and I debated the color choices, we chose an Elantra GT in Volcanic Red with a dark interior. We went on the demonstration drive and Jeff went over the features and benefits of the vehicle. There were many marvelous features for a person whose last vehicle was a Saturn with manuel locks and windows. But it wasn't until I got into the driver's seat for the test drive that I found out the reason why I LOVE the Elantra - the seat backs go in an upright position! When we arrived back at the dealership, Jeff took us in to do the paperwork. I appreciate more than words can say the professional and efficient way Jeff and Becky handled going over all of the options and paperwork. They made sure we were completely satisfied in the purchase of our car before driving off the lot. In their fair dealing they earned our business for the future. Before we left, Dennis the General Manager and Justin the General Sales Manager both introduced themselves, thanked us for our business and welcomed us to the Hyundai Family.
