I didn't feel that I was being given a line or being treated like I was just a sale. This week when I was in the market for another Hyundai (totaled my first one...) I was very happy to return to the great service I had experienced before. Sandi helped me through the whole process and I am a happy customer for the second time. The people at Hyundai of Everett are the kind of people you almost wish you had a reason to go back and visit. More
I had communicated with Jeff prior to coming to the dealership. He took the time to research the inventory and had narrowed a selection for me that fit my criteria. They also went the extra mile to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the purchase and did minor touch up to a few overlooked scratches, ect. for free. I didn't have to take a used car, "as is". I was 110% happy with the negotiations for financing and everything was easy, swift and pleasant. Would refer this dealership to anyone. More

My husband and I went to Hyundai of Everett looking to possibly trade in his 2011 Hyundai Elentra for a newer Hyundai Accent, but we weren't quite sure if we wanted to buy that day we went to look. We already had two specific vehicles in mind that we wanted to look at before arriving and had printed out the information for each of them. When we first walked into the dealership, we were greeted by Brian. We gave Brian the information for the two cars that we wanted to look at and he found the cars we were looking for and promptly took us for a test drive. Throughout the process, Brian was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Both my husband and I never once felt pressure to purchase and I think that is ultimately why we decided to actually buy the car that day instead of waiting. When it came to financing, Becky was also very friendly and knowledgeable and did everything in her power to get us the best rate possible. My husband and I were very happy with the quality of customer service we received and will be coming back in the future when we are looking to purchase again. We will also be recommending to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle to check out this dealership (and for Brian to be there salesperson) before going anywhere else. More
I used the Costco car buying program and was very pleased with the Hyundai of Everett dealership and the people who work there. Larry Peden was one of the most polite, professional and knowledgeable salesme with the Hyundai of Everett dealership and the people who work there. Larry Peden was one of the most polite, professional and knowledgeable salesmen my wife and I have ever encountered. We felt he was there for us, to help us find the right vehicle, and not just to make a quick sale. We liked the Azera but wanted it in white with the black leather interior, so Larry and the dealership searched and found one in Olympia. After the purchase, Larry spent two hours explaining, in detail, the features of the Azera we purchased. He also made sure the car was sparkling clean, filled with gas and ready to go when we arrived to pick it up. Thanks, Larry, for a great job!!! We really appreciated everything you did to make our experience a pleasurable one. We also received 8 free oil changes (along with a free car wash each time). When I got home and checked my email, there was one from the Hyundai service department (thanks again, Larry) scheduling my first oil change. Jeff was the Costco point of contact and our initial salesman. He introduced me to the Azera line of vehicles, which turned out to be just what we wanted in a vehicle. He also allowed me to take an Azera on a test drive to my home on Camano Island, so that my wife could drive it as well, which was a key in getting her to experience the quality and capability of the vehicle. When I returned to the dealership the next day, Jeff was busy with another customer and Larry took over from there. Becky is the Finance Director and was fun to work with. She is exceedingly knowledgeable about the financing process (we took the 60 month, 2.9% loan) and also talked to me about the extended warrantee. She explained the program, but stressed there was absolutely no pressure for us to take the extended coverage. Hyundai has a great warrantee to start with, but for only $167 per year, I felt it was worth the money to get bumper to bumper coverage (parts and labor, plus roadside assistance and other features) for 10 years or 100,000 miles, so opted for this program. The dealership had some Memorial day specials that I was able to take advantage of, so combined with the Costco car buying program, I felt we got a good deal on a vehicle we wanted. After driving the Azera for a week, I still feel this way. The leather seats are the most comfortable (both driver and passenger) I found in my search for a new car and the Azera is a very fun car to drive. The 293 hp direct injected engine and 6 speed transmission allow the car to accelerate effortlessly while still getting around 26 mpg combined driving. Looking forward to a long road trip so I can use the ECO system to boost my mileage even further. All in all, Hyundai of Everett is an excellent dealership to do business with. The professional sales staff, the good vehicles and a dedication to providing the best service possible are a winning combination and if you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend you stop by to see for yourself.
