I was very nervous to go buy a new car. I have had horrible past experiences and was so not looking forward to the frustrating games and hours of going back and forth. I went home prior to the purchase and checked out other dealerships and by far I was getting the best deal at Everett Hyundai. Larry obviously knew this and did not put the high pressure to try to sell that night. When I left I knew I was coming back due to the confidence he had. They detailed the car and Larry went through all the points of the car with me and was so nice, genuine and patient. I have never left a car dealership before without feeling exhausted and put threw the "mill" until this purchase. Thanks Larry!!! You ROCK!!! More

I like the support they all give each other and how well all the employees work together. Larry Peden was my salesman this time and he had FABULOUS customer service. Although he was willing to do anything to help with my decision making and representation of the dealership, he did exactly what I asked of him. That to me is what customer service is all about 'THE CUSTOMER'. I feel that Robert is a HUGE asset to Hyundai of Everett and one of the main reasons I will continue to go back.
