We have been dreaming of a Sonata since they first came out. We had previously purchased a 3-door hatchback Accent for a commute car. Walking into Hyudai of Everett was like a breath of fresh air after visiting a number of other dealerships...Hyundai and others. But our salesman, Don Rae, was very friendly and helpful without being the least bit pushy. He even found the vehicle I was looking for in Portland and had it driven up to Everett while sticking to the great quote I had received via the Internet. Knowing that I was from out of town and my flexibility for getting to Everett was limited, Joe even came in to meet me on his day off to complete the paperwork. On the day we were to take delivery, Joe even called me to tell me the weather was really bad in Everett because he knew my wife was concerned about driving to Everett in that kind of weather. This was, without a doubt, the most pleasant car-buying experience I've ever had. I'd like to thank Hyundai of Everett, and Don Rae in particular, for showing me that there are still a few places where buying a new car doesn't have to be a painful experience! More
