The staff of the dealership was very polite, professional, and helpful while going through the car buying process. However, once I bought the car, I got no information from Hyundai about how to pay my payments and the dealership was very unresponsive with responding to my emails and questions about how to do this. Larry Peden was my agent, and he was great to deal with in person. He is one of the internet sales agents though, and I felt his emails were unprofessional and a bit curt. Overall, I felt the dealership gives good service and is trustworthy though. More

The finance department was honest, straight forward and didnt have any problem with us thinking about decisions until the next day. After months of frustration and run-around at other dealerships we were very happy and frankly surprised to be treated so well. We could not be happier with our experience!
