But our salesman, Don Rae, was very friendly and helpful without being the least bit pushy. He even found the vehicle I was looking for in Portland and had it driven up to Everett while sticking to the great quote I had received via the Internet. Knowing that I was from out of town and my flexibility for getting to Everett was limited, Joe even came in to meet me on his day off to complete the paperwork. On the day we were to take delivery, Joe even called me to tell me the weather was really bad in Everett because he knew my wife was concerned about driving to Everett in that kind of weather. This was, without a doubt, the most pleasant car-buying experience I've ever had. Larry Peden was the salesman working with me and he was extremely kind, helpful, and NOT pushy! I knew what I wanted when I got there, but he made sure that I was informed about exactly what I was getting, so there were no surprises. When it came to the financing the woman helping me was Becky Zuckerberg. She was also very kind and helpful. She did everything in her power to give me the best deal possible . She was also very proficient! I was able to get in and out of the dealership quickly thanks to her expertise. Overall my experience was a wonderful first-time buyer experience. I had a unique situation. We were on vacation in Canada with a rental car and damaged the hubcap. I called the parts department at Hyundia of Everett to order a replacement hubcap so that I could pick it u with a rental car and damaged the hubcap. I called the parts department at Hyundia of Everett to order a replacement hubcap so that I could pick it up on the way back down to Sea-tac. They were so helpful in the parts department. They rush ordered my hubcap and had it there the very next day. When I drove into the dealership at 530pm to picked up my hubcap, I realized the rental car had no jack or lug wrench. To my surprise, Chris Maxwell in the service department found a portable jack, put the hubcap on himself and I was back out on the road in 20min....unbelieveable! It was one of the best experiences I've ever had with any repair shop and thanks to Chris I was still able to make my flight. More
