My experience with Hyundai of Everett was wonderful. Larry took care of us right away. I really appreciated the fact that I was not under any pressure or in a rush to choose a car. I am very pleased with my car and will probably continue buying Hyundai from now on. This dealership's low pressure and honest approach to selling is refreshing and unique. They gave straight answers to our questions. The finance department was honest, straight forward and didnt have any problem with us thinking about decisions until the next day. After months of frustration and run-around at other dealerships we were very happy and frankly surprised to be treated so well. We could not be happier with our experience! I was looking for a 2013 Elantra and found one, but the manager's special had expired. I called Jeff and went in the next morning and the manager's special was gone, but the price on the internet stayed th manager's special had expired. I recently stopped in to Hyundai of Everett to test drive the new Veloster. After a very short trip down the street I realized that although its a great car, the Veloster wasn't going to meet my need for som the new Veloster. After a very short trip down the street I realized that although its a great car, the Veloster wasn't going to meet my need for some additional space. Brian Perrigo, my sales consultant, was very patient with me, and helped me figure out what car might be the right fit. After listening to me describe what I was looking for, he suggested trying out the Tucson, and as soon as I took it out for a drive I knew that it was going to be the car for me. Brian has a great sense of humor and I have to say I never felt like I was being "sold". He let me make my own decisions, was never pushy, and only tried to find me exactly what I wanted - which he did. I live in Seattle and only happened to be driving through Everett that day when I decided to take the test drive. I'm so glad I did, because I returned the next day to purchase the Tucson! There are many other dealerships I could have gone to that might have been more convenient in distance, but I returned to Hyundai of Everett because of the way I was treated, and of course they worked with me on price/payments as well. Brian was absolutely great during the entire process - it never felt like he was pushing me buy anything. We actually joked with each other the entire time. I had the same great experience with the Finance Manager I worked with, Joe Frasquillo. When I've purchased cars in the past, meeting with the Finance person has typically been my least favorite part. Joe instantly put me at ease because he was very friendly, and took his time explaining all of my options. He didn't get frustrated with my questions, and respected any decisions I made. Overall, I had a remarkable experience with the entire staff. They all seem to enjoy what they do, which makes them a pleasure to deal with. They don't seem to employ the traditional "slick" or "pushy" salespeople that typically are associated with car sales.
