Hyundai of Everett I live over an hour away from this dealership. I had contacted multiple dealers in order to get the best deal and Hyundai of Everett was very quick to I live over an hour away from this dealership. I had contacted multiple dealers in order to get the best deal and Hyundai of Everett was very quick to respond to my emails and answer any questions I had about the vehicle and purchasing process. I decided that I would get my vehicle at their dealership based on my experience with them through emails and their reviews. However I was disappointed to find out that when I got there they didn't have the actual vehicle at their dealership and never informed me of this after I drove over an hour to get there. I was upset and did not appreciate that they were not forthright with that information considering I had expected to get a vehicle that day. I left and went to a different dealer and after my experience with the other dealer being pushy and rude and dishonest I decided to call Hyundai of Everett back and told them I would take the vehicle. They offered to have it delivered to my place of work or home the next day but I decided to drive back the next day and fill out forms etc. The whole process was fairly quick and simple I filled out the necessary forms, they showed me the vehicle, and I took it for a short test drive. They did get the vehicle I purchased from another dealership however and there were issues with that but not their fault. The vehicle was delivered to their dealership without one of the keys so they had offered to overnight it to me but they did not do that. The key was sent through the regular postal service and took 5-7 days to get to me and they had not paid enough postage so I had to pick it up from the post office and pay the extra postage which could have been avoided if they had overnighted like they had said they would. Overall I'm fairly happy with my vehicle purchasing experience with Hyundai of Everett though. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I'm enjoying my new vehicle. I got a very good deal as well, I was able to negotiate a good price with them, it pays to do your research when it comes to financing a vehicle whether your purchasing or leasing. I haven't been to their service department yet for my first oil change which they set up for me free of charge but I don't think I will continue getting my vehicle serviced there considering the distance I would have to drive. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking to get a new vehicle. More
