Before going there I did my home work at home and since last year I knew that I'm going to buy my car exactly from that dealership and I did ! I know why people recommend it so much now. Excellent customer service , great attitude . No pushy and arrogant sales people , I was in and out for about 2-3 hours. I knew that I want to test exactly my beautiful car . I went there with my brother and my sister. Mr. Jeff Plunkett came out to greet us and he was the one person helping me with buying the car. I would highly recommend him to everyone who wants to get their car from that dealership. Great customer service ! He has been with that dealership for over 15 years ! I told him that there is a particular car I am interested in. He found it for me. I tested the car. I loved it ! Checked a few more just in case, but my car stole my heart even before going to the dealership that day ! Happy as a clam I decided that it was time to look for a new car. A friend of mine recommended Hyundai of Everett where he purchased his car. I looked at their websit I decided that it was time to look for a new car. A friend of mine recommended Hyundai of Everett where he purchased his car. I looked at their website and found a few cars I would be interested in. Strange to me, Captain called me at home asking me questions that would help me make the right decision. He invited me to come in and see what HOE had to offer. I went in later that afternoon and spoke to Don Rae. He was very informative on the assortment of vehicles they had on the lot. We found a car that peaked my interest and took it for a test drive. I enjoyed the quality of the ride and the different add-ons the Sonata offered. Don and I went inside to discuss what kind of financing they could offer which they did a great job and found terms that would fit my budget. I drove away very satisfied and excited at my new purchase. I will definitely be sending my friends there as well as myself for the next purchase. Thanks Don for a great experience. It's a shame they wouldn't accept my 1998 Saturn for a trade-in, but I understand 186k miles is a great deal as far as the car's value (& its need of a new transmission didn't help). Finance did all they could to make the buying process efficient, but the fraudulent use of my SS# didn't help. Becky's frank tack was okay with me, but a less patient/understanding person might take offense. More
