We have been able to email or call her in the morning to discuss what we are looking for and she will do all the work before we even come in. She will have only the cars we are interested in ready for us to look at and test drive. She will even do all the numbers before we get there. It has been as easy as choosing our car, signing the paperwork and we are out the door so fast! She is definitely a no pressure sales person. We will buy any cars we need from her for as long as we can. Now about the cars.... we have never had an issue with any of the 5 Hyundai's we've bought. We've never been stranded or broke down in any of them. The service shop at Hyundai is top notch. If you keep up on the maintenance your car will not have any problems. We've bough both brand new and used from this dealership and still have had no issues. Our family loves Jackie and Hyundai!!!! More

Greatest car buying experience ever!!! My wife and I did tons of research on 5 cars and narrowed it down to the Hyundai Elantra GT. This car is fantastic... Comfortable, stylish, handled like a sports car and full of standard features that made this IT guy giddy. There are many dealers in the area to purchase this car from, but Hyundai of Everett is the only place to go! We researched online and Hyundai of Everett had the greatest glowing customer reviews but there was another dealer that was closer to where we live. We went to the other dealership before Hyundai of Everett and found the car we wanted. Then we had to haggle for 3 hours going back and forth with them telling us this is the best deal we are going to get, FYI the best deal price dropped 3 times. Then their overly pushy closer manager comes over and basically insults our intelligence by telling us we are foolish to not take their overpriced deal. Since we did our research we already knew how much we wanted to pay. The next day we went to Hyundai of Everett and WOW! Caleb met us as we walked in the door with a big smile and handshake (I understood all the wonderful reviews immediately). He proceeded to show us the exact vehicle we saw online and took us for a fun test drive. Answered all my questions and demonstrated all the great features of the Elantra GT. Got back, started writing up the paperwork with the help of Deder (fun couple of guys), and was blown away at how easy and pressure free the entire process was. No haggling, no tricks and no hidden costs. Finally, Robert their finance guy got us an amazing rate, we are so happy, but be careful don't spill his coffee ;-). I couldn't believe how wonderful the whole buying experience was. Customer service is the biggest determining factor when someone is making a large purchase and at Hyundai of Everett not only do they understand that; it’s a way of life for them. Thank you to everyone there for making my car buying experience memorable and OUTSTANDING!!! If your looking to purchase a new car go to Hyundai of Everett.
