Greatest car buying experience ever!!! My wife and I did tons of research on 5 cars and narrowed it down to the Hyundai Elantra GT. This car is fantastic... Comfortable, stylish, handled li My wife and I did tons of research on 5 cars and narrowed it down to the Hyundai Elantra GT. This car is fantastic... Comfortable, stylish, handled like a sports car and full of standard features that made this IT guy giddy. There are many dealers in the area to purchase this car from, but Hyundai of Everett is the only place to go! We researched online and Hyundai of Everett had the greatest glowing customer reviews but there was another dealer that was closer to where we live. We went to the other dealership before Hyundai of Everett and found the car we wanted. Then we had to haggle for 3 hours going back and forth with them telling us this is the best deal we are going to get, FYI the best deal price dropped 3 times. Then their overly pushy closer manager comes over and basically insults our intelligence by telling us we are foolish to not take their overpriced deal. Since we did our research we already knew how much we wanted to pay. The next day we went to Hyundai of Everett and WOW! Caleb met us as we walked in the door with a big smile and handshake (I understood all the wonderful reviews immediately). He proceeded to show us the exact vehicle we saw online and took us for a fun test drive. Answered all my questions and demonstrated all the great features of the Elantra GT. Got back, started writing up the paperwork with the help of Deder (fun couple of guys), and was blown away at how easy and pressure free the entire process was. No haggling, no tricks and no hidden costs. Finally, Robert their finance guy got us an amazing rate, we are so happy, but be careful don't spill his coffee ;-). I couldn't believe how wonderful the whole buying experience was. Customer service is the biggest determining factor when someone is making a large purchase and at Hyundai of Everett not only do they understand that; it’s a way of life for them. Wow. Just wow. Wow. Where to begin.. First off, I have ZERO ties to Hyundai of Everett and I have never met anyone that works there prior to me purchasing a car here Wow. Where to begin.. First off, I have ZERO ties to Hyundai of Everett and I have never met anyone that works there prior to me purchasing a car here. My review is unbiased. So, here we go. My wife and I decided it was time to trade in her 10 year old SUV for something smaller and of course with that great Hyundai warranty you always hear about. We started by looking at Hyundai of Everett's website to look at inventory, specifically the Certified used cars. We were impressed by the volume of cars they had on inventory. We decided we liked the 2014 Elantra GT and found a great looking certified one was listed at a reasonable price online. We decided to go take a look that night with my 2 small kids. When we got there, we were greeted politely by Salesman Fabian Ponce. He was friendly and far from pushy. We asked about the car we saw online, he quickly brought it up front and got us set up for a test drive. The atmosphere was extremely kid friendly, they even gave both our kids balloons. After the test drive we decided we wanted to sleep on it and possibly come back the next day without kids. Fabian was very encouraging with our plan, didn't push us to stay at all. As planned, we returned the following afternoon, ready to begin the dreaded buying a car game. We were greeted professionally once again, Fabian even remembering our names. We sat down for negotiations and we're offered several drink selections. It was nice we were seated in the showroom rather than some dank backroom. In all we negotiated for MAYBE 30 minutes, it was unbelievable. They worked with us, the back and forth was painless. They gave us a very fair trade in for our SUV. We even came in pre financed with a really great rate and they ended up getting us a better rate! Honestly we can't tell enough how great of an experience this was. I have had horrible experiences buying cars, so this was a breath of fresh air. Check out Hyundai of Everett for great car selection, honest salesman and an enjoyable buying experience. Seriously. Buying experience was very nice. The sales staff were extremely friendly and knew their product. The car was clean and everything was ready as promised. The sales manager Greg Hartshorne was extremely helpful and the sales persons (Jeff Perriqoue, Jeff Plunkett and Deder Samorano )were extremely helpfull in showing and test driving our new Elandtra GT. We had a Sun Roof installed and it was done very nicely. More
