BUT, our experience at the Everett Hyundai dealer was quite the opposite! we were greeted immediately, we knew which vehicle we wanted and our salesperson let us test drive different models to figure out which one would fit us best. he was knowledgable, explaining all of features in each of our test drive models, and he answered all of our questions (I had quite a few). the loan process went smoother than we though it would and it seemed as time flew right by! our loan officer explained all of the financial numbers to us and she was courteous and funny and easy to talk with. before we knew it, we had purchased a brand new car and were driving off of the lot!
