BUT, our experience at the Everett Hyundai dealer was quite the opposite! we were greeted immediately, we knew which vehicle we wanted and our salesperson let us test drive different models to figure out which one would fit us best. he was knowledgable, explaining all of features in each of our test drive models, and he answered all of our questions (I had quite a few). the loan process went smoother than we though it would and it seemed as time flew right by! our loan officer explained all of the financial numbers to us and she was courteous and funny and easy to talk with. before we knew it, we had purchased a brand new car and were driving off of the lot! Over all displeased We have bought a car from the Everett store two years ago with fabulous services from the sales staff. We raved about the experience ever since. Today however was a totally mind blowing opposite experience. No personal interaction, everyone seemed stiff and ridge and when it came time to talk numbers there was no give. We knew what we wanted and were willing to spend the money. However, due to the lack of interest we were shown, as if we didn't matter, we took our business elsewhere. One thing to keep in mind is that if a customer says that your competitor is willing to give you a better deal, don't tell them no they won't and dare they to try. Try we did and they gave us $3000.00 less then you offered and we will be telling everyone to go there and the experience we had with you. Remember one bad experience turns into many once we start talking. LOYALTY is the name of the game in car sells and Everett Hyundai is not it. Buy from Lynnwood Doug's they are fabulous and customer friendly. They have our business and our family and friends. More
