Over all displeased We have bought a car from the Everett store two years ago with fabulous services from the sales staff. We raved about the experience ever since. Today We have bought a car from the Everett store two years ago with fabulous services from the sales staff. We raved about the experience ever since. Today however was a totally mind blowing opposite experience. No personal interaction, everyone seemed stiff and ridge and when it came time to talk numbers there was no give. We knew what we wanted and were willing to spend the money. However, due to the lack of interest we were shown, as if we didn't matter, we took our business elsewhere. One thing to keep in mind is that if a customer says that your competitor is willing to give you a better deal, don't tell them no they won't and dare they to try. Try we did and they gave us $3000.00 less then you offered and we will be telling everyone to go there and the experience we had with you. Remember one bad experience turns into many once we start talking. LOYALTY is the name of the game in car sells and Everett Hyundai is not it. Buy from Lynnwood Doug's they are fabulous and customer friendly. They have our business and our family and friends. More

In October of 2014, I was again in need of a new car and didn't even have to think twice about where I wanted to shop. Fabian was kind, thoughtful and although he worked hard for my business, was not overly pushy. Although my car is now 9 months old and has over 15,000 miles on it, Fabian still checks in with me from time to time to make sure I am still a happy customer. That type of customer service and experience, is what keeps me coming back. I would recommend Hyundai of Everett and specifically Fabian, to anyone who is considering buying a Hyundai. More

Our finance professional was quick and helpful, really knew what she was talking about, and had a great sense of humor. This all combined to make the usually boring signing of the deal rather entertaining. The crew overall was very friendly, the price was below what we had HOPED to get, truly a great experience from start to finish. More

If you're looking for a great deal on a used car, just go see him at the used lot.
