My day had been bad, and based on my experiences with two prior dealerships that day, I expected delay, lies, stupid negotiations and disappointment. So when I arrived at your dealership, I was very annoyed. I met Patrick and he immediately sensed that I was in no mood for chit-chat. He said “I have the car you asked about right here...”. We went to the car, and to my surprise, it was exactly what I had asked about. The price was exactly as advertised, and there were no tricks involved! He had earned my trust within 5 minutes. The paperwork went quickly and everyone was careful so that I understood the agreement precisely, including options that I might choose, if I wanted. The deal was done, and the dealership was closing for the day but I now had the problem of one driver and two cars. Patrick solved this problem for me too. Clearly extraordinary service.
