Over, Above, and Beyond I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with the professionalism, integrity and honesty of the individuals at Everett Hyundai. My daughter went I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with the professionalism, integrity and honesty of the individuals at Everett Hyundai. My daughter went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle and had very specific criteria for what she wanted. She bought a 2015 Tucson and was told they could install roof rails on the model she purchased. Unfortunantly, when she went back to have them installed they were unable to put them on because of the base model she had bought. Initially I was very concerned and upset about the situation, however Gregg the General Sales Manager instantly took charge and solved the issue. The individuals at this dealership went Over, Above, and Beyond by finding my daugher a car in Idaho with all of the accessories she wanted, including the roof rails, They actually traded her vehicles, the original 2015 Tucson she had been driving for two weeks, with the one from Idaho that had more bells and whitles!! The indivduals at the dearlership were always very professional and honest during the entire process, I would encourage anyone looking for a Hyundai to take the drive to Everett and see Bud Howell, and please say hi to Gregg and Justin for me.
