Just want to say Kris in the service department is absolutely amazing. She has been very kind throughout my whole repair situation. They had no loaners when I dropped off my car, but within 2 days Kri absolutely amazing. She has been very kind throughout my whole repair situation. They had no loaners when I dropped off my car, but within 2 days Kris had me one. My Sonata had some kind of issue that was extremely difficult to repair as it had never been seen before. It did take 5 months to repair (very rare) however Kris was always contacting people about it to get the issue fixed. She always let me know what repairs they tried and what the outcome was. Got the call that my car was repaired. I felt like they really cared and felt as bad as I did for not having my car. Although the loaner was really nice. I will take any car they will service here. Sales man Jeff P. Was amazing and service staff was out of this world. Not going to lie, loan person we worked with could use some work! But great dealership in my experience! More

I had to drop off the car for a simple oil change. I did set an appointment 6 weeks prior but driving habits change and was about to go over the 1000 mile range for the free oil change. If a dealer can't accommodate a reasonable span for a simple oil change then maybe they shouldn't offer it as a perk to buy the car. On a better note the staff was friendly and quick. More
