Not only did Hyundai refuse to fix my car that's under warranty and a recall for the exact problem, but the dealership left my car unlocked on the lot and it was broken into and rifled through and items s warranty and a recall for the exact problem, but the dealership left my car unlocked on the lot and it was broken into and rifled through and items stolen. My car was kept multiple times for weeks on end with very little communication. Phone calls go unanswered, messages are "missed", voicemails ignored. The second time my car was in, no loaner was provided despite it being required in their contract. I had to rent a car; that'll never be reimbursed. Same with the third time. This place is a joke. More
