Fast, courteous service: Thought the "add-on" items -- an air filter and a cabin (HEPA?) filter -- were possibly recommended and installed a bit soo Fast, courteous service: Thought the "add-on" items -- an air filter and a cabin (HEPA?) filter -- were possibly recommended and installed a bit sooner than conditions and mileage since my last service required, but that's trivial. One repeat complaint from the last time I was surveyed: The complimentary carwash left large, visible unwashed patches, and a very wet floormat on the driver's side. I know free is a very good price, but if you're going to offer this service, spend the extra minute or two to get it right. More
