The service rep on the phone took the initiative to schedule a loaner car as he felt I would need it. That was true, it took two days. But I was not inconvenienced in the least. Brian greeted me and in addition to the warranty work, he updated my computers at no charge, and then did a oil change as requested. When I picked up my car, it was gleaming due to U Mazda having washed it. That's a little something extra that means alot. I would buy another car from U Mazda and I will continue to call on them for service. More

Amazing service department staff Our son returned home from high school in his CX-3 with a flat rear tire. I called David and he overbooked me the next day to take care of the car and moved up some scheduled maintenance items to get everything done at the same time with some appreciated customer loyalty discounts. Turned out there was some roadside metal debris that had pierced the sidewall which was not repairable. The front tires were apparently still good, so they only recommended swapping out the 2 rear tires which was a pleasant surprise and saved me from spending $$ on buying a full set of new tires for the 4-wheel drive compact SUV. Even though we live on the Eastside, I don't mind making the trip downtown for the outstanding and honest customer service at University Mazda. Thanks! More
