I called David and he overbooked me the next day to take care of the car and moved up some scheduled maintenance items to get everything done at the same time with some appreciated customer loyalty discounts. Turned out there was some roadside metal debris that had pierced the sidewall which was not repairable. The front tires were apparently still good, so they only recommended swapping out the 2 rear tires which was a pleasant surprise and saved me from spending $$ on buying a full set of new tires for the 4-wheel drive compact SUV. Even though we live on the Eastside, I don't mind making the trip downtown for the outstanding and honest customer service at University Mazda. Thanks! More
good car, good price Did most of my research online, had 2 cars to look at when I went to the dealer. Bought the car that day, they were flexible in making it happen. Only issue was a delay getting out the door because their contracts person wasn't in that morning, but not worth removing a star. Great experience. More
Duane Watkins, the UMazda sales manager, was all around excellent. I test drove a car, bought it, completed the leasing paperwork, and drove it home, all in fewer than 3 hours. After a test drive, I decided to lease the Mazda 3, did the paperwork and drove home in my new car. Easy peasy! Three years later when the lease expired, I bought it. I love this car and the good service at Mazda. (I'm 79.) More
