We had a little longer than ideal wait time after making an appointment for the actual purchase/documents signing, but that was out of Gary's control (due to numerous clients) and he made sure he checks with us, clarified all info and took care of the process that was within his control. David, the service manager, checked me in quickly. He recommended an alignment along with my tire replacement. I didn't feel that he was trying to up-sell me.
